Germination tests

When we receive new seeds, our technician runs quality control tests on every pack :

Identification
Seeds purity and sanitary conditions of the pack
Degree of humidity
Ability to germinate

This ability to germinate can be assessed by many ways depending on the seeds : seed-cut, soaking in special solution, or by straight germination tests for non sleeping seeds.

According to the results of these tests, we decide either to propose the seeds to our customers or to destroy them. Good results to our tests garantees you a high germination rate, but you will still have to sow the seeds the right way... and in some case to stratify before sowing.
